How to Invest
You can apply to invest by completing the application form and forwarding it together with your application deposit of $1,000 to:

On receipt of an application you will be advised as to the current lead time involved. After this confirmation you may choose to either proceed or cancel the application. Should you proceed with your application it will be assessed for finance and contracts will be forwarded to you together with the following:
- Area Summary
- Floor Plan Selection
- Façade Selection
- Colour Selection
After making your selections and signing the attached contracts you should forward all of the documents to Karinya Homes for countersigning within fourteen (14) days. You will then receive a copy of all documentation for your records. The 14 days is deemed to be the application period and your application deposit remains fully refundable for the 14 days of the application date.
